How to receive the parcels? / Anything I need to prepare?
Somebody is needed to give a signature when the postman give you the parcel. Anybody is ok.
If the postman find nobody there, usually a piece of note paper will be left and you may need to pick up the parcel from the post office yourself.

First Step: To get your tracking code!
Method I
Check email box. When we sent out your parcel, an email will sent to you telling you that your order status has been updated to a "Shipped" status. That email will also carry a message telling you the tracking number in the [ Comment ] part. (the code is in the format RB097XXXXXHK)
> Log In > My Account (link on top-left-hand corner)
then you will see your order history,
> choose the right order, click 'View' button
then look at the Comment part We will write your tracking under the comment part of your order. (the code is in the format RB097XXXXXHK)
Tracking code will be sent/shown only after the parcels are dispatched. We need about 1-2 working day to prepare your parcel. Therefore if you can't find the code, may be we are still processing your parcel.
If can't find the tracking code or the order is appeared as 'Processing' for a long time, please email us.
With the tracking code (RB097XXXXXHK), you can track your your parcel online from the following way:
When parcels have left Hong Kong, information will be updated on Hong Kong Post office anymore. You need to track it in post office in your own country.
If your post office does not provide online tracking, you can try to contact the post office directly by phone, fax or visiting the post office, give them your tracking code. They will tell you where your parcel is.
Do I need to pay a tax for the parcel? / How to avoid tax?
We will try our best to avoid all the tax for you.
All parcel will be marked as "GIFT' (by default). Or upon request, any value can be declared in the custom form.
Although most of the parcel will not have any tax problem, there is still possibility that the custom will examine your parcel and ask you for tax. In that is the case, customers should be responsible for that. Please check the regulation with your custom carefully before you buy. We do not accept return or order canceling due to tax issue.
In order to avoid tax, it is recommend to split large order into smaller ones and place order in separate dates.
Any possibility that my parcel will be lost or damaged?/ Any insurance?
Honestly speaking, yes there is, but possibility very low.
Protection for default shipping method ('Registered Small Air packet, <2kg) is 320HKD (~40USD) + postage
Protection for Air parcel is the actually value + postage (much saver)
What material will be used in package for my parcel?
For most of the rubber, racket, shirt etc : Envelope + String
For shoe: Shoe box
For Balls: Paper Box
For heavy parcels: Cardboard
Can I return the item for exchange?
No, unless we send you wrong item or quality problem.
Can I buy with my account and send to somebody else?
Yes! Sure, you can use your account to buy for a friend , for school / society etc. But please double check shipping address carefully.
Can I pick up the parcel myself? Or can I ask somebody to pick up the parcel for me?
Yes, if you are in Hong Kong, we can help you to arrange it. but please contact us in advance.
